Swiss Positions-33 takes on sustainable approaches to building

LEBANON GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL” LGBC under the auspices of the Embassy of Switzerland–Lebanon has the pleasure to invite you to attend the opening ceremony of the travelling exhibition entitled:
“Swiss Positions-33 takes on sustainable approaches to building”.
The ceremonies will be held at the Architecture schools at AUB, LU-Hadath, BAU-Debbieh, & ALBA-Sin El Fil. They will include a lecture “Sustainability in construction: an architect’s perspective” by the Swiss Architects:
Manuel Bieler, Antoine Robert-Grandpierre, and Laurent Saurer.
In parallel, an exhibition of photographs of 33 key projects from the Swiss construction sector over the past twenty years will run at the 4 universities as per the following schedule:
- The American University of Beirut from May 2nd, 2012(at 6:00pm) until May 7th, 2012
- The Lebanese University – Hadath from May 9th, 2012 (at 4:00pm) until May 15th, 2012
- Beirut Arab University – Debbieh from May 18th, 2012 (at 10:00am) until May 23rd, 2012
- ALBA – Sin el Fil from May 25th, 2012 (at 6:00pm) until May 31st, 2012
