We kindly request you to submit your technical proposal for ARZ 2.0 Web Portal Design and Development, detailed in the attached file.
While preparing your technical proposal, please be guided by the detailed description of requirements incorporated in the attached as Annex 1 of this RFP.
Technical Proposal must be sent before September 25th, 2020 midnight (Beirut time) by email to:

Note: Do not send financials with the technical proposal.
Bidders that obtain a minimum of 70% on their technical proposal will be contacted to submit separately their financial proposal.
Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 9MB, virus-free and no more than 2 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the proposal shall be rejected.
