I accepted the new responsibility with great hope and plenty of commitment; it is the willing to work with my colleagues and stakeholders for the development and upgrading the presence of LGBC in Lebanon and within the community of the World GBC.

 

We are living in a Great Depression situation politically and economically, the challenge is to comply to the recommendation and definition set by the International Green Communities, and at the same time, to create within the sustainability culture a dedicated Lebanese understanding adapted to our recovery situation, and a level. We are invited to find a formula and parameters allowing an updated regulation to emerge based on the deep comprehension of the Green and sustainable culture related to our country and our region.

 

 Let us lead the Green and Sustainable culture for a new trend and a new thinking to save in concordance our economy and the future of the coming generation to maintain the legacy of Green Lebanon with its Cedar and other forest trees, let us build within saving energy procedure. 

A campaign to be promoted focusing for a new real image of a healthy country, to be acting member for the research encouraging lowering the carbon emission and reducing the ozone depletion in the stratosphere.

We should begin in learning and adopting the same definition and set a plan for the practical application of the greenery and sustainability culture, to create awareness within the people surrounding us . We should create a road map for the diffusion of these new principles which will govern the behavior of the Lebanese public, beginning by the school to the university passing at the same time by the municipalities being the embryo of the political Arena and the base of the political network. Political Leaders to think like us, having oriented mind for the preservation of our natural resources, by greenery construction all new legal laws to be oriented toward the above principles, it is a dream, but we should begin to seed of this dream.

 

A tremendous work is waiting for us to enhance other group of pressure to act for a common goal, preserving the future resources of our country.

We will search for leaders between the Political society, to adopt the same principles for Green and Sustainability, thy will guide the movement for saving the ozone layer and to lower the increasing globe temperature within Climate Warming strategy. Political leaders to be active members and followers of Paris agreement, all the above should be considered as an enhancement and triggering action for the promotion of ” Arz Rating” for construction, which needs a tremendous marketing campaign. 

 

We should interact with the international donors and NGO sharing with us the same objective and trying to develop the same principle than we do, to help us financially to reach the different milestone as set in our road map. 

Let us work together to save the future resources of our country.
