On 11 October 2023, a group of LebanonGBC board members organized a site visit to The Green Demonstration Room Educational Project at Jounieh.
Eng. Afif Nassim, Eng. Toufic Assoum, Eng. Fadi Gharib and Arch. Nada Tfaily.
The visit included a full detection for the indoor and outdoor room divisions, which revealed the need of maintenance of different items inside and outside the project.
A technical report to be prepared by Eng. Gharib including an estimation for the operational cost needed with affiliated photos for each item within a week.
