Office Executive job vacancy
location: Beirut
The Lebanon Green Building Council (LGBC) is a Lebanese NGO, LGBC is looking for a competent person who can secure projects and funding as well as ably manage its activities.
Candidate profile
Interested candidates should have:
– University degree in business, economics, engineering or an equivalent field of study.
– At least 12 years local experience in project execution and projects management in social or technical related fields
– Developed proposal writing skills, preferably in technical related fields
– Good networking with potential donors and major international organizations
– Dynamic and engaging personality
Scope of work and reporting
– The main activities of the successful candidate are as follows on a full time/part time basis
- Prepare projects proposals and attract donors
- Prepare bids and offers for public and private entities
- Assist in negotiating contracts with clients.
- Follow up existing LGBC projects
