On March 22, 2024, the Lebanon Green Building Council (LebanonGBC) took a significant step forward by signing a collaboration agreement with the Order of Engineers and Architects Beirut (OEA).
This partnership aims to spearhead the development and execution of impactful initiatives in sustainable construction and green buildings, in line with global sustainability goals.
Representing LebanonGBC were key figures: Engineer Pierre Dammous (President), Engineer Fadi Gharib (Board Member and Treasurer), and Architect Nada Tfaily (Board Member).
On the other side, the Order of Engineers and Architects (OEA) was proudly represented by a stellar team: Engineer Aref Yassin (President), Engineer Joseph Mcheilkh (Vice President and Head of the First Branch), Engineer Toufic Sinan (Secretary), Engineer Youssef Ghantous (President of the Fourth Branch), along with Engineers Jihad Chahine, Rabih Hassan, Roy Dagher, and Youssef Karam, contributing as part of the public authority.
